NO, as I promised earlier in my earlier post, I said I will update when I gets news!
AND I DID. With very exciting news.
And apparently, my prime suspects guesses were RIGHT-ON.
So yes, 07-Ghost has officially a cast list >D

Before I begin, to the people who don't know what 07-Ghost about, I shall copy-pastes the plot summary, courtesy of ANN (Because I'm lazy to dissect the entire manga for you : P I would, but I lack time now. SLEEP IS OF THE ESSENCE)
07-GHOST
Set in a gothic fantasy world, this is the story of Teito Klein, an orphaned slave who became the top military academy student. However, an unexpected turn of events left him pursued by the forces of the Barsburg Empire. Now an escaping convict, Teito's sheltered by the church and it’s law of sanctuary. Although this isn't up yet, in the Drama CD, he was that character.
Chances are again that he will be in the anime (OF COURSE THEY HAVE TO).
And if they do, my prediction stands still >D
Who am I talking about?
FukuJun, please seriously consider playing Hakuren, who is my ultimate favorite character in that manga and I can't see anyone else playing that role except youand Takahiro Sakurai *cough* so please, please, please let it be FukuJun!

I think I covered like every single fucking character there is (and have been announced). Although I'm surprised they haven't announced the seiyuu for the role of Teito's best friend, Mikage ミカゲ : < I hear it's Daisuke Namikawa (one of my hitlist).
But if the other Daisuke takes it up or Akira Ishida, I will be happy.

- Teito Klein テイト=クライン is played by the wonderful Saiga Mitsuki (斎賀みつき), who is very well famous for her role as Kyo Kara Maoh's Wolfram, Nabari no Ou's Yoite and Gurren Lagann's Rosseau (I can see where this is going)
- Frau フラウis played (I seriously had my suspicions and I was right) by the most awesome Suwabe Junichi (諏訪部順一), who is most famous for his roles (I think I repeated this too many times) as Fate/Stay night's Archer, Amatsuki's Bonten, X/1999's Fuuma and Final Fantasy VII's Tseng. (I so expected this. Ha! I WAS RIGHT XD)
- Castor カストル is played by (This one was a miss for me. I didn't expect it either) Chiba Susumu (千葉進歩), who is famous for his roles as Hikaru no Go's Sai, Gintama's Kondou and Papa to Kiss in the Dark's Hino Kazuki.
- Labrador ラブラドール is played by (Is it me, or is this like a hire-one-get-the-other-party-free thing? I missed out on this guy too. My bad XD;) Miyata Kouki (宮田幸季), famous for his roles as Kyo Kara Maoh's Ken Murata, Tactics' Kantarou (Who I still love, adore and worship) and Kirepapa's Takatsukasa Rijyuu. (Mum, I believe I found happiness)
- Ayanami アヤナミ is played by (Also unexpected. Seriously) by Hayami Sho (速水 奨), who is well known for his potrayals as Ai no Kusabi's Raool, Trigun's Nicholas D. Wolfwood (Who I love to bits) and Yakitate! Japan's Mesiter Kirisaki.
- Hyuuga ヒュウガ is played by (I didn't put bets on this character) Hamada Kenji (浜田賢二), who plays (the ever so handsome and suave) Honey and Clover's Nomiya (<3333), ParaKisu's George (<3333) and Skip! Beat's Takenori.
- Kuroyuri クロユリ(who I really can't stand in the manga) is played by Saito Chiwa (斎藤千和), who is famous for her roles as Keroro Gunsou's Natsumi, Last Exile's Lavie and Zombie Loan's Yuuta.
- Konatsu コナツ is played by Kishio Daisuke (岸尾だいすけ), famous for his roles as Junjou Romantica's Shinobu (Yes, Rae- You can fangirls now), Vampire Knight's Kaname, and Detroit Metal City's Negishi-kun. ... Why do I get the feeling he fits this role oh-so-well? XD
- Haruse ハルセ (I like him) is played by Hatano Wataru (羽多野渉), who is famous for his roles as Monochrome Factor's Shuichi Nagatsuma, Ouran's Kasanoda (HUUUUUUUHHHHHHH) and Okane ga Nai's Misao.
- Katsuragi カツラギ will be voiced by (I knew he was going to be in this, but didn't exactly fall for the character I expected him to be) Nakai Kazuya (中井和哉), who is famous as Gintama's Hijikata, FFX's Wakka and XXXholic's Doumeki.
- Shuri シュリ (God, another one I can't stand) will be voiced by Irino Miyu (入野自由), who is famous for his roles as Kingdom Hearts' Sora, Eyeshield's Sena and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles' Syaoran. ... I have the feeling my hatred just increased by 10 points.
- Bastien バスティン (YAY) is going to be voiced by Kirii Daisuke (桐井大介), who is famous for his roles as Ouran's Mori-senpai (I hearts. AT LAST.), Amatsuki's Kurotobi and Utawarerumono's Oboro.
- The Bishop ファーザー（神父）is going to be voiced by Hidenobu Kiuchi (木内秀信), famous for his roles as Darker than Black's Hei, Katekyo! Hitman Reborn's Ryohei and NANA's Ren.
- Miroku ミロク will be played by Senda Mitsuo (千田光男), famous for his roles in Blue Dragon's King of Jibral, Golgo 13 Dave McCartney and YuYu Hakusho(Yes, I actually watched this)'s Seiryu.
- King(of Raggs) 国王 will be played by Takahashi Hiroki (高橋広樹), who is famous for his roles as Gundam SeeD's Arthur, Bus Gamer's Saito, and PuriTeni's Eiji (and he will also be playing Hetalia's Japan)
Although this isn't up yet, in the Drama CD, he was that character.

- Hakuren ハクレン (If you must know, I hearts this character to death. My love for him is right now on par as my love for the first love of mine on this manga, Frau) is going to be voiced by none other than my love, Fukuyama Jun (福山 潤), who is famous for
his goddamn many rolesCode Geass' Lelouch, Amatsuki's Tokidoki, Kuroshitsuji's Grell, Macross Frontier's Luca, Loveless' Yayoi, Okane ga Nai's Yukiya Ayase, Switch's Etou Kai, Vampire Knight's Aidou, XXXholic's Watanuki, not to mention he was in games and Drama CDs as DOLLS' Tamao, Togainu no Chi's Rin, Granado Espada's Vincent Rio, Final Fantasy Dissidia's Onion Knight, and (my first love, since Form 1) Luc from Radio Gensosuikoden =D
